Dr. Kourosh Dini is a writer, musician, and psychiatrist/psychoanalyst.

He is a long time performer and composer of music, creating a blend of the relaxing and the bold. Using piano and synthesizer, he attempts to reflect the forces of nature. He performs regularly and broadcasts live to the virtual world of Second Life.

Dr. Dini is a psychiatrist and psychoanalyst in private practice in downtown Chicago and is faculty at the Chicago Institute for Psychoanalysis.

He is an author of books on productivity, task management, and the importance of play in solid work. His book Video Game Play and Addiction: A Guide for Parents is available on Amazon.
