Elevator a GoGo is proud to announce that we are partnering with the 17th Annual “Bitter Jester Music Festival” – 2023 (“BJMF”).

Elevator a GoGo was created by former Loop radio personality and Radio Hall of Fame Nominee Kevin Matthews. Matthews and his business partner and award-winning photographer, Robert Neumann, created a live musical and arts performance studio that captures live musical artists and allows the global public to witness up and coming musicians, as well as hall of fame musicians.

Elevator a GoGo is a new Internet platform that provides musicians with a FREE promotional package that includes an H.D. Video shoot, still photography, and a recorded interview with Kevin Matthews. This package is valued at nearly $15,000 and is awarded free to the musicians who participate inside Elevator a GoGo.

The Bitter Jester Foundation for the Arts is an Illinois-based 501(c)(3) non-profit that has produced an annual free music festival since 2006. Bitter Jester is known for discovering and showcasing some of the best up and coming musicians from across the Midwest and Elevator a GoGo is thrilled about this new collaboration!

BJMF is the largest competition and concert series of its kind providing its bands and solo artists not only an excellent concert experience, but top-notch educational and other materials (including multitrack recordings, photography, and performer clinics). Each summer BJMF features 36 artists with 24 of them in competition. A team of over 40 volunteer judges – all music & media professionals – select eight Finalists. The summer series culminates in a “Grand Finale” in Highland Park, IL, where judges crown a Grand Champion. An annual “Best Of” showcase at Navy Pier on Labor Day concludes the annual events.

This year, Elevator a GoGo will evaluate all eight Bitter Jester Finalists and three of them will be chosen from this year’s live entries. Elevator a GoGo then expects to select one winner to be invited inside “The Elevator” and provided with a public relations package valued at nearly $15,000. Let the excitement begin!
